Hogtied, wrapped body of unidentified man found in Bago City field

BACOLOD CITY — Police are investigating the death of an unidentified man whose hogtied, wrapped body was discovered by farm workers in Barangay Pacol, Bago City in Negros Occidental  on Thursday morning, July 2.
