AVE CZ Loses Court Case Over Rybitví Waste Incinerator

Společnost AVE CZ prohrála soudní spor o spalovnu v Rybitví na Pardubicku. Soud v úterý zamítl její návrh na zrušení změny územního plánu obce. Ten firmě znemožňuje obnovit a modernizovat víc než 20 let odstavenou spalovnu nebezpečného odpadu. Společnost AVE CZ s verdiktem nesouhlasí a podá proti němu kasační stížnost.
