Allegations of illegal appointments in Montenegrin port captaincies

Sources claim that managers and inspectors with inadequate qualifications are being appointed in the Port Captaincies of Kotor and Bar, while the Ministry of Minister Filip Radulović remains silent on the qualifications of selected personnel.
