Sevastopol Introduces QR Codes for Gas Rationing via State-Backed App

The TES gas station network in occupied Sevastopol has begun rationing fuel sales through QR codes, which are exclusively available via Russia's state-backed messaging app Max, as announced by Russia-appointed Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
