Forum: For Serbia to Progress in European Integration, the EU Summit Would Be in Belgrade Instead of Tivat

Serbia has not progressed in European integration since 2012, because if there had been progress, an EU summit like today's in Tivat would have been held in Belgrade, it was assessed at a panel discussion.
