HRW Reports Civilian Abuse in US-Ecuador Anti-Drug Operations

Human Rights Watch has released a report presenting evidence that civilian farmers and fishermen faced attacks and abuse during joint US-Ecuador anti-drug crime operations conducted from January to March.
