Polish Government Prepares New Housing Financing Model for Affordable Rents

The Polish government is developing a new housing financing model, dubbed 'SAFE mieszkaniowy,' to provide an alternative for developers, shifting towards more affordable, long-term loans instead of grants for social and communal housing, with the goal of enabling families to rent apartments for around 1200 PLN per month in large cities.
