Technical Problem Causes Cold Classrooms at Pljevlja Gymnasium

Students at the Pljevlja Gymnasium claim they are freezing, while the director denies a lack of pellets, attributing the poor heating to the failure of one of two boilers, for which a part is awaited from Serbia.
