Ulcinj Celebrates Municipality Day with Five-Day Program

The Montenegrin municipality of Ulcinj concluded a five-day program celebrating its Municipality Day, which began on April 2nd with the signing of cooperation memorandums with NGOs and the laying of a cornerstone for a new day center for children with special needs, "Sirena," in Kolomza.
