Belarusian Man Arrested at Lithuanian Border for Evading Sentence
A Belarusian man residing in Spain, who had an outstanding arrest warrant for evading a court-ordered sentence in Lithuania, was apprehended by border guards at the Medininkai border crossing. He was allowed into Lithuania before being immediately detained.
