Autoritatea Naţională pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor (ANPC) a precizat, sâmbătă, că acţiunea de control de vineri, din municipiul Constanţa, coordonată de Horia-Miron Constantinescu, fost preşedinte al instituţiei, s-a desfăşurat fără informarea conducerii Autorităţii şi fără raportarea rezultatelor către superiorii ierarhici.
