Capas wants AFP to ease military checkpoints in its territory

TARLAC CITY– Military checkpoints put up at the Crow Valley Gunnery Range have been disrupting Capas activities and causing friction with residents, Capas Mayor Roseller Rodriguez said on Tuesday. The mayor urged the commander of Col. Ernesto Ravina Airbase to heed public clamor against restrictions that have upended the lives of Barangay Sta. Juliana residents.
