New Zealand's Tai Poutini Polytechnic to Become Open Polytechnic Campus

New Zealand's Vocational Education Minister Penny Simmonds announced that the West Coast polytechnic Tai Poutini will transition into an Open Polytechnic campus next year, while other polytechnics will become stand-alone institutes.
