Montenegro to Introduce Stricter Conditions for Foreigners' Residence

Montenegro's Ministry of Interior is set to introduce stricter conditions for foreigners to obtain residence permits starting next year, requiring tax solutions from local administrations for property-based residency and tax administration confirmations for work-based residency.

Dokazivanja novih uslova za boravak po osnovu nekretnina su poreska rješenja lokalnih uprava, a po osnovu rada firme potvrde Poreske uprave na osnovu finansijskih izvještaja. Ta rješenja i potvrde donese se u narednoj godini za ovu, jer zakon ne važi retroaktivno
