Tax Authorities to Hold Businesses Accountable for Unpaid VAT by Advisors
Entrepreneurs who purchase advisory, accounting, or advertising services costing at least 15,000 PLN will be held responsible for unpaid VAT by their contractors. This applies if the price was deemed non-market by tax authorities, or if the buyer was aware of the contractor's non-compliance.
