EIB Considers Financing Northern Montenegro, Signs €250 Million Loan Agreements
Nadia Calviño attended the signing of €250 million loan agreements for investments in railways, healthcare, and small and medium-sized enterprises. The European Investment Bank is also reportedly considering financing projects in northern Montenegro.
