Officials Instructed to Enforce Ban on Plastic Food Packaging and Public Smoking

An Additional DC has directed officials to strictly enforce bans on packing hot food in plastic and newspapers, and to penalize those smoking tobacco in public and shopkeepers selling loose cigarettes.
