Awaria sieci elektrycznej w Uniwersyteckim Szpitalu Klinicznym przy ul. Borowskiej we Wrocławiu doprowadziła do wstrzymania przyjęć pacjentów. Instalację zalała pęknięta rura, a pacjenci proszeni są o kierowanie się do innych placówek. Do szpitala trafią też agregaty prądotwórcze.
