EC head in Kyiv promises to provide Ukraine with a 90 billion euro loan
European Commission (EC) President Ursula von der Leyen stated on Tuesday that the European Union (EU) will fulfill its promise of a multi-billion loan to Ukraine, even though it was vetoed by a Kremlin-friendly member of the bloc.
