Koldo Case: Payment Detected to Former Roads Director from Beneficiary Contractor

Investigators in the 'Koldo case' have detected a payment of 25,440 euros from Aquaterra Servicios Infraestructuras SL, a construction company benefiting from works under investigation, to Javier Herrero, the former director of Roads, one month before his home was searched.
