UN Demands Independent Probe into ICE Custody Deaths in US

The UN human rights office has called for an independent investigation into at least 52 deaths reported in ICE holding facilities since the beginning of 2025, coinciding with President Donald Trump's return to office and a crackdown on immigrants.
