Denso Withdraws Acquisition Proposal for Rohm
Toyota Group's Denso has formally decided to withdraw its acquisition proposal for semiconductor giant Rohm after failing to gain approval. Rohm plans to continue product development collaboration with Denso while pursuing integration of its power semiconductor business with Toshiba and Mitsubishi Electric.
