Operation Nexus: 15 Accused in €3.5 Million PRR Fraud

Fifteen individuals, including public officials and companies, have been accused by the European Public Prosecutor's Office in 'Operation Nexus' for a €3.5 million fraud against Portugal's Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) through manipulated public tenders.
