Malaysian Government Provides Advance Payments to Paddy Farmers

The Malaysian government has rolled out advance payments under the Ploughing Incentive to Farmers (IPKP) scheme, amounting to RM20, to boost paddy farmers' cash flow ahead of the planting season.
