Japanese Emperor Recovers from Cold, Resumes Planned Visits
The Imperial Household Agency announced that Emperor Naruhito has recovered from cold symptoms and will proceed with his planned visits to Iwate and Miyagi prefectures starting on the 25th as scheduled.
