Disaster Preparedness Actions Decline After Second Aftershock Warning in Japan
A survey by experts revealed that fewer people took disaster preparedness actions, such as checking evacuation sites, after the second "Hokkaido-Sanriku Offshore Aftershock Warning" was issued following the April 20 earthquake, compared to the first warning last year.
