Rohm and Toshiba Negotiate Power Semiconductor Business Integration

Semiconductor giants Rohm and Toshiba are reportedly in negotiations to integrate their power semiconductor businesses, used in electric vehicles and other applications. Meanwhile, Rohm is also said to have received an acquisition proposal from major automotive parts manufacturer Denso.
