New EU Regulation Mandates Modern Tachographs for Certain Vehicles from July 2026

The Agency for Commercial Activities (AKD) announced that from July 1, 2026, all N1 vehicles with a maximum permissible mass between 2.5 and 3.5 tons operating in international traffic within the EU must be equipped with a second-generation smart tachograph.

AGENCIJA za komercijalnu djelatnost (AKD) priopćila je da od 1. srpnja 2026. sva N1 vozila čija je najveća dopuštena masa između 2,5 i 3,5 tone, a prometuju u međunarodnom prometu na području EU, moraju biti opremljena pametnim tahografom druge generacije.
