Niš Spatial Plan Removes Mini-Hydropower Plant Locations, But Construction Still Possible

The draft spatial plan for Niš, Serbia, has removed fields for geological research and 11 locations designated for mini-hydro power plants. However, investors may still be able to construct these plants if detailed regulatory plans permit it.
