Stockholm to Implement Program to Combat Gang Crime by Monitoring 6-Year-Olds

Stockholm will be the first city to test a new method involving close monitoring of 6-year-olds as a preventative measure against gang crime, described by the city's social and security councilor as "real crime prevention work."
