France Repatriates Gold Reserves from US, Reports €13 Billion Profit

The Bank of France has repatriated approximately 129 tons of gold from New York, selling it at record prices and replacing it with new ingots. This move generated a profit of around 13 billion euros and transferred all reserves back to France.
