COA Disallows OVP's P73-M Confidential Expenses
The Commission on Audit (COA) affirmed the disallowance of P73 million in confidential expenses incurred by the Office of the Vice President (OVP) in 2022. The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) also noted that several receipts for the OVP's secret fund were signed by the same individuals.
