Hanoi to support low-income residents in replacing high-emission motorbikes

The Hanoi People's Committee has directed relevant departments and agencies to urgently implement the national roadmap for motorcycle and moped emissions testing while developing financial support for low-income residents to replace aging vehicles that fail to meet emission standards.
