Second-Hand Apartment Prices Rise in Poland, Except for Łódź

Sellers of second-hand apartments in most Polish cities are asking for higher prices than a year ago, with Łódź being an exception, as the market offers are increasingly picked over, according to analyses by the Morizon-Gratka Group.
