Modigliani Painting Looted by Nazis Returned to Jewish Owner's Estate

A Modigliani painting, 'Seated Man With a Cane,' which was looted and resold by Nazis, has been returned to the estate of Oscar Stettiner, a British-born Jewish art dealer, after a long legal battle.
