EU to Mandate Pay Transparency and Gender Pay Gap Reporting
New EU legislation will require employers to implement pay transparency systems by the end of July, allowing employees to know colleagues' salaries. Companies with over 100 employees will also need to submit reports on remuneration to the labor ministry, addressing the 11% average gender pay gap in the EU.
