UK Councils Urged to Adopt Universal Parking App to Reduce 'Unfair' Fines

Councils across the UK are being pressured to adopt the National Parking Platform, a universal parking app, to help reduce what are described as 'unfair' parking fines. Currently, 15 councils are on board, with more in discussions to join.
