German-Jewish Author Iwan Heilbut's Exile Novel Published in German After 83 Years

Iwan Heilbut, a Jewish author who fled the Nazis in 1933 and later France, saw his exile novel "Zugvögel" published in New York in 1943; it is now available in German for the first time, over eight decades later.
