Poland's Ministry of Finance to Limit Tax Interpretation Validity to Five Years

The Polish Ministry of Finance is preparing changes that will limit the validity of tax interpretations to five years, or even less if regulations change, preventing taxpayers from applying favorable interpretations indefinitely.
