Canadian 'Buy Canadian' Policy Could Cost Taxpayers $12 Billion Annually

A new report from a think tank warns that the Canadian government's 'Buy Canadian' policy, which will extend to contracts between $5 million and $24 million later this year, could cost taxpayers up to $12 billion per year.
