Poland's 'Lex Skrzypek' law on witness attorney control comes into effect
An amendment to Poland's Code of Criminal Procedure, known as 'Lex Skrzypek', has come into force. It allows judicial oversight of a prosecutor's decision to deny a witness's attorney participation in an interrogation.
