Man Appeals Sentence for Vicious Shovel Attack on Neighbor

James O’Neill, who wore a mask during a shovel attack on his 73-year-old neighbor Paddy Hansard, is appealing the severity of his sentence, arguing the judge did not adequately consider his role as a good father and worker.
