EFTA Surveillance Authority Recommends Stronger Oversight of Icelandic Food Production

The EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) has published a report recommending that Iceland enhance its supervision of producers of non-animal food products, including cut fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, and bean sprouts.
