Dutch Climate Agency Urges Limits on Global Warming Deaths and Damage

The Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (PBL) has urged the government and society to make fundamental preparations for global warming, stating the country is not sufficiently prepared and calling for limits on acceptable deaths and damage.
