DR Congo-Burundi border reopens after two months of closure

After two months of closure, a key border crossing between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Burundi has officially reopened. The Kavimvira post was closed in December as the Rwanda-backed M23 launched a fresh offensive in eastern DR Congo. France 24's regional correspondent Emmet Livingstone tells us more.
