Indian Government Seeks Lok Sabha Approval for ₹2.81 Lakh Crore Additional Expenditure
The Indian government, through Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, has sought Lok Sabha approval for a second batch of Supplementary Demands for Grants, totaling ₹2.81 lakh crore in gross additional expenditure for FY26.
