Malaysian Court of Appeal Allows Chegubard to Obtain Journalist's Statement in Sedition Case

The Court of Appeal in Putrajaya has allowed an appeal by Badrul Hisham Shaharin, also known as Chegubard, to obtain a journalist's statement in his ongoing sedition case.
