Natália Carrascalão Appointed Permanent Representative to CPLP

Natália Carrascalão, formerly an advisor to the Timorese Presidency, has been appointed as the permanent representative to the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP), following Timor-Leste's assumption of the presidency in December.
