Cambodian King Pardons Opposition Leader Kem Sokha

Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni has granted a royal pardon to former opposition leader Kem Sokha, who was serving a 27-year sentence for treason. The pardon follows a request from Prime Minister Hun Sen and allows Sokha to be released from house arrest.
