EOCO Defends Against Abuse of Power Petition, Injunction Claims
Ghana's Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has defended its operations, with its leadership surviving a petition alleging abuse of power from a Council of State member's legal team. EOCO also clarified that an injunction against it was not expired and that Gabriel Tanko Atokple was not declared 'wanted'.
